Training matrices are implemented to ensure each member of staff has the necessary skills to carry out their job to the best of their ability. Every member of the Leafield Team attend regular Health and Safety courses. Each ‘site gang’ has at least one trained first aider. All site staff are CSCS registered and have IPAF Powered Access Licences.
Any sub-contractors working for Leafield Projects undergo a selection process to ensure their levels of commitment to health and safety, service and quality are as high as our own. This process is reviewed on an annual basis.
We are currently looking for the following site staff:
Sheeters / Cladders - South / South East or willing to travel
Must have experience of working with asbestos cement. CSCS skilled cards and relevant plant cards
Sheeters / Cladders - South / South West or willing to travel
Must have experience of working with asbestos cement. CSCS skilled cards and relevant plant cards
Felt Roofers - South / South West or willing to travel
Must have experience of working with felt roofs. CSCS skilled cards and relevant plant cards
Maintenance - North based
Must have relevant plant cards and experience of working at height.
